By accessing or using Catbuild 360, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You agree to use Catbuild 360 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription fees are billed annually in advance unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

Catbuild 360 and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Catbuild Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catbuild 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
